Garden Fresh Vegetable Skillet Recipe


➡ Ingredients:

2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 zucchini, sliced

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 yellow onion, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp smoked paprika

Fresh herbs (basil or thyme) for garnish


➡ Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.


2. Add onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 2 minutes).


3. Toss in green beans, bell pepper, and zucchini. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.


4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender-crisp.


5. Add cherry tomatoes during the last 2 minutes of cooking.


6. Serve warm with fresh herbs sprinkled on top.
