Crispy Potato Wedges Recipe

4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
➡ Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the wedges evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer.
