2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried thyme

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tbsp flour (for thickening)

2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions:


1. Brown the Meat:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Season beef with salt and pepper. Sear until browned on all sides. Transfer to slow cooker.



2. Add Veggies and Flavor:


Layer carrots, potatoes, and onions over the beef.

Stir together beef broth, wine, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Pour over ingredients.



3. Cook Time: ⏰ 


Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or High for 4-6 hours.



4. Thicken the Stew:
