➡ Ingredients:


5 small Yukon gold potatoes, scrubbed and halved

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste


➡ Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


2. Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 10-12 minutes). Drain and let cool slightly.


3. Place potatoes on the baking sheet and gently smash each one with a fork or potato masher.


4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
