5 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 tsp dried thyme

3 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


2. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
